Can I put these Wheels/Tires on my Nissan truck?

I have 195/75-R14′s, the Lug Pattern is 6-139.7 for a 1997 Nissan Pickup. I found new Wheels with tires that are from a 1994 4WD Pickup that are 235/75-R15 with Lug Pattern 6-139.7. Will it be safe to put these new wheels on my truck? I looked at additional tire sizes available on Discount Tire.com and it wasn’t listed. Want to make sure its safe and it will in fact fit.

g:The wheels are correct, and the tires are as well. For a 15×7″ rim you need to be riding 235/75-15 sized tires. You are good to go.
